Image
The Mercy of God Deuteronomy 4:31 For the Lord, your God is a merciful God. He will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them. Exodus 34:6 T he LORD passed in front of Moses, calling out, “Yahweh! The LORD! “God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.” 2 Samuel 22:26  With the merciful you show yourself merciful; with the blameless man, you show yourself blameless. 2 Samuel 24:14  hen David said to Gad, “I am in great distress. Let us fall into the hand of the Lord, for his mercy is great; but let me not fall into the hand of man.” Daniel 9:9  To the Lord, our God belongs mercy and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against him. Lamentations 3:22  The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end. Therefore, the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of j...

YOUR LEGAL RIGHT- HOW TO TAKE IT FROM THE DEVIL?

Image
Your Legal Right The core idea is that while God's authority is absolute , Satan, as the "ruler of this world,"  can sometimes gain what is referred to as a  "legal right"  or a  "foothold"  in a person's life.  This is not a right given by God, but rather an opportunity or permission granted by the  person themselves, either knowingly or unknowingly. The good news is that for a believer  in Christ, this "right" can be broken. The Foundation of Your Legal Right in Christ The primary legal right you have is not one you take from the devil, but one that was already purchased for you by Jesus Christ. The Bible is clear that through His death and resurrection, Jesus has stripped the devil of all authority over those who belong to Him Satan has power, but he cannot use his power against us unless we give him the right. Take the story of Job into consideration  Job 1 . He could not touch Job’s life; he is unable...

THE SEED OF FORGIVENESS:

Image
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Psalm 32:1 God is calling us to repent so He can forgive us. If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 “Come now, and let us reason together, “Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” Isaiah 1:18 Jesus’ instruction to us: And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. Mark 11:25 If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him. Luke 17:3b-4 Peter asked: Then Peter came...

The Armor of God is important to the believer of God!!!

Image
The Armor of God is important to the believer of God!!! Ephesians 6:10-18 KJV 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole Armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness. 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with a...

Snippet on Tithing, what you need to know

Image
What is the Tithe? The word "tithe" means "one tenth." The tithe was an offering of one's AGRICULTURAL INCOME to the Lord as an expression of thanks and dedication. In the Old Testament agricultural economy, TITHES WERE PAID NOT IN CASH, GOLD, OR GOODS but in crops or livestock, for only the agricultural fruit of the promised land was to be tithed—no other forms of income.  Tithing what you need to  know. Abraham ’s Example – Genesis 14:18-20 Abraham gave 10% of his spoil from war to Melchizedek. This was not his own money. Abraham then gave the remaining 90% of the spoils of war to the King of Sodom. We have seen here that  Abraham only gave a tithe this once!!! There are no other examples of tithing according to Abraham’s model for giving. Now we have seen that  Abraham’s example was never used in the New Testament, nor was it used to teach Christians how much they should give. The Bible does not mention that Abraham was commanded by God to giv...
