GIFTS OF JESUS TO HIS BELIEVERS

Our Lord Jesus leave gift for His believers so that they can go about their lives doing His will.

Ephesians 4:8 Therefore it says, “When He ascended on high, He led captive a host of captives, And He gave gifts to men.”

NOT REPENTED OF BY HIM- He does not take away the gifts he gave to us, isn’t that wonderful!!! Glory be to God!!!

Romans 11:29 for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

STRENGTH AND POWER

Psalm 68:35 O God, you are awesome from Your sanctuary. The God of Israel Himself gives strength and power to the people. Blessed be God! Hallelujah!!!

REPENTANCE- involves a change of mind and behaviour. It means turning away from sin and directing oneself toward God.

Ezekiel 18:32 For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent and live!

Acts 11:18 When they heard this, they quieted down and glorified God, saying, “Well then, God has granted to the Gentiles also the repentance that leads to life.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

REST

 Mathew 11: 28 “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

KEYS OF THE KINGDOM

 Matt 16:19 “And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

POWER OVER EVIL SPIRITS- let’s exercise this power daily!!!

 Luke 10: 19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

James 4:7 Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Ephesians 6:11 Put on the full armour of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

Romans 16:20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.

Mark 16:17 These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues.

 

 

LIVING WATER

 John 4:14 “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.”

BREAD OF HEAVEN

 John 6:51 “I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live forever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”

ETERNAL LIFE

John 10:28 “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath eternal life

John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life

LEGACY OF PEACE

John 14: 27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

GRACE

Psalm 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

James 4:6 But He gives a greater grace. Therefore, it says, “God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.

THE HOLY GHOST

Luke 11:13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”

FAITH

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God

WISDOM

James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him

PRAYER FOR

Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
