 Hell is an eternal place of torment.




Numbers 16, gives the account of people falling into hell alive! Numbers 16:32-33 says, "And THE EARTH OPENED HER MOUTH, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive INTO THE PIT, and the EARTH CLOSED UPON THEM:"

Deuteronomy 32:22 For a fire is kindled in
My anger and shall burn to the lowest hell; It shall consume the earth
with her increase And set on fire the foundations of the mountains.

Psalm 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

Proverbs 15:11 Hell and destruction are before the Lord: how much more than the hearts of the children of men.

Proverbs 27:20 Hell and destruction are never full; so, the eyes of man are never satisfied.

Matthew 10:28 And fear, not them which kill the body but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which can destroy both soul and body in hell.

 Luke 16:23 And in hell he lifts his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

2 Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment.

Revelation1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Hell is Real!!!

The Bible describes HELL as:

Weeping (Matt 8:12), 

Wailing (Matt 13:42),

Gnashing of teeth (Matt 13:50),

Darkness (Matt 25:30), 

Flames (Luke 16:24), 

Burning (Isa 33:14), 

Torments (Luke 16:23

Everlasting punishment!

Jesus Christ says in Matthew 25:41, "Depart from me, ye cursed, into EVERLASTING FIRE, prepared for the devil and his angels."

In Matthew 13:42, Jesus says: "And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."

There is a way of escape!

Seek the Lord today!

If you hear His voice harden not your heart.

 "God is a God of love — He won't allow this", you cry — but you remember John 3:36, ". . . he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him."

Jesus defeat HELL! Now, this is good news!

When Jesus Christ died on the cross, He descended into hell. 

According to Acts 2, Peter spoke in, verse 31, " .... seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell.

Revelation 1:18- I am he that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Say this prayer

Lord, I thank you for the redemptive power through Jesus’ blood.

Please forgive and save me of my sins today.

Help me to live by your precepts in Jesus’ name.
